In his speech to the Democratic National Convention (27 August 2008), in which he endorsed Barack Obama as the Presidential nominee, Bill Clinton spoke about the most constructive way that America can help other countries of the world:“People the world over have always been more impressed by the power of our example than the example of our power.”
