Recently Nobel Peace Prize winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu visited Santa Barbara (CA), where people filled a large hall to hear him speak about his Truth and Reconciliation Commission, which dealt with the aftermath of apartheid in South Africa.The event ended with a question-and-answer period.
One person asked, “What do you think is the one thing we can do to bring peace to the world?”
Tutu said, “End poverty.” And then he turned and walked off the stage.
